DRG Professional Services has partnered with the leading office technology company in the state and is currently looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to work out of their Oklahoma City office. Founded in 1934 aour partner has continually evolved to remain on the forefront of office technology while maintaining our personal touch. They are currently in our fourth generation as a family-owned, Oklahoma business, serving all 77 counties. Over the past 84 years, they have grown into the largest local, statewide, technology company in Oklahoma.

Position Profile: The Sales Executive Assistant for the VP of Sales will provide administrative support to the Sales Department & OKC Sales Portal. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales.

Requirements:
* Highly organized and able to multi-task
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent calendar management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Associates or Bachelors Degree and/or related work experience
* Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
* Project management

Primary Responsibilities:
* Assist Sales Leadership with day-to-day activities. (VP & Directors)
o Gather & report weekly L10 metrics & assist with facilitating L10 meetings.
o Assist with all aspects of reporting, to include Forecasting, Compass/Sherpa, MIF, E-auto, event mailing lists, etc.
o Sales Paperwork and leasing support
o Assist Directors with New Hire preparations. Technology is in place, work area is clean, supplies ready, welcome packets prepared.
o CRM administrator
o Assist with all aspects of projects, accounts, quarterly reviews, and bids.
o Report HP Blue carpet rep points
o Assist sales reps with client information requests from Compass / E-auto & related sources.
o Sales Scorekeeper administrator
o Coordinate / research / approve tech lead fees.
* Meetings, Events & Portal:
o Schedule & Coordinate all meetings in the Portal including verifying availability on Portal calendar.
o Schedule & Coordinate all internal meetings and ensure refreshments and room is made ready for event. (set up and breakdown with help from team)
o Coordinate Catering, snacks & drinks according to guidelines while making sure stock for needed items is organized and available.
o Coordinate manpower needs at onsite events & assist with assignments day of event.
o Assist with keeping portal & office stocked with paper goods and office supplies.
o Assist Marketing Coordinator with sales meeting related planning.
* Additional Responsibilities:
o Provide front door coverage.
o 2nd floor organization, cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs to Chickasha.
o Perform general clerical duties to include: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
* Other duties as assigned.
